A handwoven length of kilim material which was most likely destined to become a cushion but was never sewn up. It was lovingly made by a woman from the Zemmour tribe in Morocco, maybe for use in the weaver’s home or to be made into a tent cushion for a nomadic family.
It features a colourful geometric tribal design and has been dry cleaned and is ready for use. As this piece of material has not already been made into a cushion, it is versatile and can be used as either a wall hanging, a runner or as the cushion it was most likely destined to become. Looking at the reverse, you can see the amount of work that has gone into making this beautiful piece. A lovely piece of authentic Berber tribal art to add to your home.
