This is a stunning vintage rug made circa 1970 by the Zaer tribe. The predominantly plum/purple field is adorned with an assortment of intricately woven tribal patterns in shades of orange, ivory, green and pink divided by thin bands. This low pile rug is very attractive and showcases the incredible skills of the weaver. It is in very good condition for its age.
